Security and data handling

This page explains the data Serlo may process to support property-management conversations and workflows, along with our current access, retention, and deletion practices.

What we process

Serlo may process caller contact details, call and message metadata, and conversation content (such as transcripts or summaries) depending on your configuration.

How data flows

Serlo uses service providers for calling, messaging, hosting, storage, and AI processing to deliver the service. The data processed and retained depends on your configuration and the workflows you use.

Security controls

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems and customer data is limited to personnel who need it for their role, and system activity may be logged for operations, troubleshooting, and abuse detection.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on configuration. You can request deletion of business data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Service providers

Serlo uses service providers to operate the platform (for example, calling/messaging, AI processing, hosting, and storage).
