Agreement

Serlo is operated by Cerlo AI LLC. Cerlo AI LLC does business as Serlo. References to “Serlo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cerlo AI LLC d/b/a Serlo.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Serlo provided by Serlo. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Serlo provides an AI receptionist that can answer calls/messages, capture request details, route emergencies, and support booking-link or appointment-request workflows depending on configuration.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws (including any notice/consent requirements for call recording where applicable).
  • The content and instructions you configure for your business.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.

Billing

Fees, billing cycles, and any setup fees are described on your order form or pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may affect performance.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

SMS messaging terms

By opting in to SMS messages from Serlo, you agree to receive text messages related to your demo request, onboarding, support, appointment reminders, service updates, and property-management workflows. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may opt out at any time. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Program name / sender: Serlo and/or the participating property management businesses using Serlo.

Program purpose: Serlo's messaging program supports two-way customer support, property-management intake, maintenance request coordination, leasing inquiry follow-up, appointment or service coordination, emergency or on-call routing notifications, and other service-related communications.

  • Message frequency varies by business, property, and conversation.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • For support, contact support@serlo.ai.
  • End users opt in by initiating a text to a business number and/or by providing consent directly to the relevant business through forms, booking flows, or service intake.

SMS consent is optional. It is not a condition of purchasing, using, or accessing unrelated services or features, unless SMS is necessary to complete a specific communication workflow you have requested.

Consent applies only to the business you contacted or requested communications from. We do not transfer SMS consent among unrelated businesses or affiliates.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time; changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
